When do the two visits happen?

Spring for cooling and fall for heating. We reach out to schedule so you don't have to remember.

Does maintenance really prevent breakdowns?

It catches the parts that are on their way out — weak capacitors, dirty coils, worn contactors — while they're still cheap to replace and the house is still comfortable.

Do members really pay no after-hours fees?

Correct. Emergency calls are billed at the standard rate regardless of the hour or day.

Can I join if you didn't install my system?

Yes. We maintain every major brand, whoever installed it.
